Your details stay between us

The Yes Pile (ABN 63 156 909 490) collects only what it needs to write your documents.

What I collect

Your name, email, mobile and suburb, your current resume, the job you are applying for, and your answers about your work history and achievements. Payments are handled by Stripe; I never see or store your card details.

How it is used

Only to write, deliver and revise your documents and to contact you about your order. Drafting may use AI tools; I review every line before delivery.

Who sees it

Only me. Your information is never sold, rented or shared for marketing. The services that run the business (Tally for the order form, Stripe for payments and Google for email and files) store it on my behalf.

How long it is kept

Your documents and details are deleted 90 days after delivery. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
